My name is Jędrek Wojnar. I believe the Knyszyn Forest should become a national park.
The Knyszyn Forest lives in the shadow of its Białowieża sister. People talk a lot about protecting the Białowieża Forest, while the Knyszyn Forest is still treated mostly as a source of timber.
That feels unfair: despite heavy (and in places destructive) exploitation, it still contains many truly wild areas — places that look as if humans have never been there.
